Web designer, adventurer, graphic artist, fisherman, action sports lover, and former university course co-ordinator and tutor, Luke Van Lathum, founded thinkLuke with a passion to connect technology and people and a desire to be the best website designer possible.
Luke has been a logo and web designer since 2007 after dabbling in drawing and 'graffiti'. Luke progressed through his Website and Graphic Design degree at the University of the Sunshine Coast (USC) with exceptional results - top of class, and accolades for multiple competitions.
At 27 years young, Luke has already achieved great things including creating a successful website design company, being active in the web design and business community, and offering advice and customised solutions to startups and growing businesses for branding and website design.
Luke has a desire to connect the latest technology to businesses, with a strong focus on people and a constant consideration for simplicity and functionality. "The sky is the limit and I like to design and code it."
Before I touch any web design or logo design software I sit down and work out a clear targeted strategy that focuses on client goals, target audience and the end results.
A clear and simple approach is the most effective. I like to keep things simple - from strategy to design - focusing on what is important and enhancing it.
